i believe we haven't got new info about new type of card for next series, so maybe its just a special designed card. think of it as the cards withoutborder in DM, especially DMC set

so you would get the full art red dragon on SD10 and 12 and white dragon on SD11 and 12
the page says its just new design

i just hope they didnt remove the english name thsi means like at the start of episode 1 (DM), new card layout

ok, so no card-type, but only design "refresh" haha

i hope they make more room for the art, it is truly outdated to use micro space for the art like yugioh...

I don't really like the new look. Lack of English names should be a pain for translation purposes, because there will probably be tons of consistency errors, unless this forum and my subs and the wiki all stick with one name for every card.

Don't worry a thing about the images you saw on the Battle Spirits website. That's just their way of previewing a new card without revealing every part of information. If you've noticed, the special effects, Attributes, Core Cost and Cost Reduction sections are also blank. Once the cards are officially released, everything including the English(?) name should still be on the cards. I remember the dinosaur bone promo Spirit having been released some time ago as a collaboration with a museum exhibit, so all the parts that make BatSpi cards what they are will still remain. So far the only thing majorly different with the new cards that I can clearly see is the full-card artwork which probably will be only for the X-Rares and the new "Sword Braves" (to be further explained in a couple of months)....

Looks like the lack of English names is legitimate. They kept showing this commercial during Heroes this week, and it shows the final cards, with the effect blurred:
