card version question

please explain to me what this (third?) version of the famous winner card is, i mean it looks like a virtual card photo, but maybe it's real print preview?

This most likely is a Photoshop image, serving as a "close replica" to the actual card, since the authentic copy is practically inaccessible.

oh, one of those self-printed altered cards like in magic tcg at ebay??? i still would buy one of these...haha
