IMPORTANT NEWS: Restricted/Banned List Update (01 September 2013)

Out of fear that my previous card lists would have content deleted if I attempted to edit them at this point, I figured I would make the announcement here, instead. Bandai just released an updated list of banned and restricted cards to be effective starting next month. It is worth noting that as of this point in time, there are still no cards placed under the "ULTIMATE: BETA" Status (restricted to two copies per deck).

For the sake of easier understanding (and most likely to avoid confusion with the new Ultimate cards in sets 24~27), Bandai has changed the status names for the cards on Battle Spirit's restricted list, from "Legendary," "Ultimate: Alpha," and "Ultimate: Beta" to "Forbidden," "Limited: One", and "Limited: Two" respectively. With this in mind, I have decided to repost the banned/restricted list in its entirety to further help improve understanding. This will show all the limited and banned cards as of 01 September 2013. Keep an eye on this thread for updates as soon as any changes in the metagame occur in the future.
