does the second effect also apply for my green spirits that are destroyed due to BATTLE DAMAGE/STEP?

for the first effect, does reducing by effect (not by number of gem when attack), say LV 3 Musashied Ashliger attack and not blocked, first opponent's life reduced by 1, does his effect can be used?

well, i just want go sure and exact understanding of the card. it helps to KNOW if a destruction by damage-step is included in the effect wording!

As long as OPPONENT DESTROY your spirits, then you may exhaust 1 spirit.

It says a SPIRIT CAN'T diminished more than 1 life in a turn.
Effects like Musashield or Cancer is EFFECT DIMINISH additional 1 life.
you may put the meaning as your life won't be diminished by 2nd SYMBOL(GEM).
