openning my BS13 and almost all foil?? Empty openning my BS13 and almost all foil??

hello i totally confused and happy and need info help please:-)
so i git my BS13 stuff and open first 5 packs now and get 5 foils from which FOUR ARE X RARITY!?

i get same name stuff but different gems:

1x the big dipperdragon sieg-apollodragon purple
1x the big dipperdragon sieg-apollodragon diamond
1x the big dipperdragon sieg-apollodragon ruby
1x the big dipperdragon sieg-apollodragon yellow

what is this (wonder-boosters)?

update, is this normal, now in seven th boost pack i get this:

1x th ultimate sun dragon seven-apollodragon

Yes. It happened in bs13 and bs18.

Bs18 is LordDragon Dominion.
