is it true, that this is one of the first cards to be used against those new "Ultimate" cards?

and can you please explain to me, the last effect part, i don't get where this spirit has "Summon Bolt" or does it refer to another spirit?

Yep, looks like we're getting Ultimate Killers at last. It's referring to the Summon Bolt of the spirit it's braved to.

(looks like i will build a deck around those summon-bolt pirate friends, but i will sure need also bs-26 for it..., althugh i wanted to stop buying import cards;-)
