this is from the BS wiki page of this spirit and i am sorry for my stupid question, but does that mean total-cost, or printed cost (without the reduction)?

On hand, there is a burst set on field. Its Cost 11 become 7.

means when the burst is set on field. this spirits is Cost 7. the reduction still there, so is 7-6...

i have this card in real and wanted to have 100% sure how to use (if i build someday deck), so i would really at best situation
get this spirit for 1 blue gem haha:-)
