" If you have 3 Yellow cards in your trash"
does that mean EXACTLY 3 ywllow, or "at least" 3 yellow??
it can be big difference in gameplay, which wording is used here:-)

Actually, the Japanese text written on the card is "3 or more yellow cards".That should answer your question.
