you can brav this brave to a brave, i think this is clear enogh
for second eff lets say you brave this card with bal-gunner(BTW, BP only 6k, 4k from this spirit in spirit form, and 2k from bal-gunner brave form). and this brave attack . you can use bal-gunner effect twice
