During the Flash Timing Phase, you can summon this Ultimate from your hand to the Field. All Cores required for summoning this Ultimate must be paid from your Reserve when using this ability.
ULTIMATE TRIGGER: CRITICAL HIT!! —When This Ultimate Attacks (Lv. 3-4-5)—
First, have your opponent reveal the top card of his/her deck. If the revealed card has a lower Core Cost than your Ultimate does, the "hit" succeeds and the Ultimate Trigger effect activates. If the revealed card also meets the specific requirements shown, the "Critical Hit" effect activates together with the Ultimate Trigger.
Ultimate Trigger: Exhaust one enemy Spirit for each "Blade Beast" Attribute Spirit and/or Ultimate you have on the Field.
Critical Hit (a Core Cost of 3 or lower): When determining the result of the battle, return all exhausted enemy Spirits to the bottom of your opponent's deck in whatever order you wish.

does his criitical hit effect mean, that i could return the one exhausted enemy spirit which blocked his attack?

Since it's during the determining phase, I see no reason why it wouldn't be returned.

When attack effect activated once when it attacks. It didn't mentioned, "during this turn". So the one that battle with it will battle with it.

You need to find some real BS player to teach you the game properly

Then, send those exhausted spirits to the bottom of his deck - critical hit effect
