my q: is it correct to understand, that his brave cancelation effect allows me to avoid the "normal" brave requirement-stuff on the brave card?

not sure , but I think it still follows the normal brave requirement (well, there's nothing on the card effect that says otherwise). Take this with a grain of salt though, and wait for a response from those more knowledgeable.

i hope the spirit works with that "trick" because otherwise it would be unlogical to get the trick like written in the brave-rulings, but not within a spirit-effect that costs gems (for the spirit)?!

No. the Brave fusion requirement must be fulfilled in order to brave fusion. Nice try. XD

What is required has to be fulfilled or it maybe pointless for them to have such spirit like Bs13-X05.
