BS-25 (063) ULTIMATE LÖWEN

small question:

is this Ultimate somehow restricted in tournament play, in japan? i got 2 of them from my BS-25 box and read now the concrete card efects, and seriously shocked. given the already strong position of Ultimates as being not affected by old cards' effects, this LÖWEN card can wipe out entire opponent field (if the core cost numbers are matching).

how do you experts rate and judge this card?

New cards are always appeared to be strong. But got to say official will usually try to get the game balance in some way.

You can know now, the official had created this phenomenon, ultimate vs brave spirits.
So, ...you should cool down abit. I rather say the summon bolt is a bit rushing fast.
